Are under 18's allowed?
Yes, Under 16's are allowed when accompanied by an adult before 8pm. After 8pm we are 18+ strictly.

Do I have to book?
We do recommend booking via our website before you come to the bar. Walks ins are welcome but are subject to availability.

Do I have to play games to enjoy Level Tap?
No not at all! Feel free to walk straight in, no booking required and enjoy your night. Live sports and streams will be playing all night long plus special events!

How many friends can I game with?
Our console booths can accommodate up to 4 players but our console lounges can accommodate up to 6. If you'd like to book for over 6 please use the contact form on our website!

Do I need to own the PC games in order to play?
Some games we offer guest accounts for, you can view these by filtering our Game Library to no account needed. There are a limited number of guest accounts available per title.

Can I bring my own mouse, keyboard, or controller?
Of course! Just let a member of staff know when you arrive and they will assist you with switching them round.

Why do you have to hold onto my ID for borrowing controllers? (joycons, ps5, and xbox)
We take your ID to use as collateral for the controllers.

Can I eat while I'm gaming at the PC's and consoles?
You can eat anywhere in our space! All we ask is that you can be as neat as possible.

Are you dog friendly?
Absolutely.

Do you host tournaments?
Our event calendar will be live soon and this will include our upcoming schedule of tournaments, watch parties, launch nights or just simply what we're showing on the TV's.

What spec are the PC's?
All our PC's are powered by Nvidia RTX 4070ti GPU's and Intel Core i7 13700K processors. Paired with all the latest ASUS ROG and TUF peripherals, they're the real deal pushing all our games to 165fps at 1440p.

Can I stream from your venue?
We have 2 PC's on the ROG Pro Stage set up to accommodate streaming currently. Just let us know in advance using the Contact Form.

How is my time managed on the PC's?
We use a system called ggLeap which you can create an account for either at booking or upon sitting at the PC. That way, any unused time will remain on your account until your next visit. You will have several alerts before your time runs out with the option to top up.

Alternatively you can access ggLeap as a guest but any time purchased will not carry over after your stay.

How is my time managed on the Console Booths & Lounges?
Simply choose the number of hours you wish to stay when making the booking. You will be alerted when the time is almost up and offered more time if no other bookings are due. At this stage, and for walk ins also, stay as long as you like and we'll charge the time upon returning the controller.
